We are halfway through our second week of house building!

We wanted to take a minute to share with you some pictures of our progress. Students are divided up into three groups and each group has a specific house that they’re working on. We also honor the tradition of the afternoon nap. So, we take lunch breaks around 11, eat lunch together as a group, have a nap, and then go back to work. These pictures show a little bit of all the things we’ve been doing. The Vietnamese woman in the picture will be moving into one of the houses. She has been a constant source of energy and entertainment for everyone who gets to be around her. One of our students has even interviewed her for their independent project.
